Who you are buying from

This site and everything sold on it belong to AI Resolver, a one-person business operating from Romania. AI Resolver is a trading name, not a registered company — you are buying from one person, and none of this is meant to suggest otherwise. Reach me at desk@airesolver.net and I answer myself.

Payment is handled by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as merchant of record. Gumroad, not I, is the seller on record for tax purposes: your card statement shows their name, and they collect and remit any US sales tax or EU VAT due on your purchase. I never see your card details.

What you are buying

Files. Prompt documents, configuration files, automation blueprints and templates, delivered as downloads. There is no hosted application, no account, no seat, and no recurring charge. You pay once and the files are yours.

Nothing on this site is sold as a subscription. If you are ever charged twice for the same product, that is a mistake — email me and I will refund it.

What the licence lets you do

You get a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the files for your own work or the work of the company that paid for them. Run them as often as you like, on as many of your own projects as you like.

You may modify them freely, and anything you produce with them is entirely yours — I claim no rights over your outputs, and no attribution is required.

You may use them for paid client work, including work you deliver and charge for.

What it does not let you do

You may not resell, republish, sublicense or give away the files themselves — modified or not — and you may not repackage them into a product, course, template pack or membership that others pay for or sign up to.

You may not upload them to a public repository, a shared drive open to non-buyers, or a training corpus. One purchase covers one person or one company, not a distribution channel.

If you want to deploy them across a larger team or bundle them into something you sell, email me. That is a conversation, not a refusal.

Delivery

Gumroad emails your download link as soon as payment clears, usually within a minute, and the same link stays in your Gumroad library. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder first, then email me and I will send the files directly.

Because delivery is immediate and digital, you are agreeing that access begins right away rather than after any statutory cooling-off period, and that you lose the right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply. That waiver is what makes instant delivery possible. Section 06 then gives you a seven-day window anyway, because you should be able to open a thing before you are committed to it.

Refunds

Seven days. Email me and say the word — no form, no reason required.

Write to desk@airesolver.net from the address you bought with, within seven days of purchase. The money goes back the way it came, usually within five business days.

Seven rather than fourteen, and I would rather be straight about why: a week is long enough to open the files, read them, and run the first stage. It is not long enough to run the whole system on a month of your work and then ask to have it for nothing. If you need longer to decide, email me before you buy and I will answer honestly about whether it fits you.

Two things I refund outside that window, without argument:

The files never arrived, or the link is broken. Email me and I will send them directly. If I cannot deliver them at all, you get your money back whenever that happens.

The files are not what this site described. If something here is factually wrong about what you receive, that is my error, and I refund it in full however long it takes you to notice.

After seven days, and outside those two cases, sales are final. A delivered file cannot be returned, which is also why this costs $29 to $89 once rather than $19 every month.

Gumroad is the merchant of record for your purchase, so Gumroad’s own buyer terms apply alongside these, and Gumroad may exercise its own judgement in a dispute.

Updates

Prompts get revised and re-tested when a major model ships. For twelve months from your purchase date, those revisions are emailed to you at no cost.

After twelve months the files you already have keep working — nothing expires, nothing phones home, nothing stops. You simply stop receiving revisions unless you renew, which is optional.

What is not promised

No result is guaranteed. Nobody can honestly sell you reach, engagement, revenue or virality, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What you are buying is a method and the files that run it.

These systems measure your own publishing history against its own baseline. If you have no history yet, there is nothing to measure and the products will not help you — that is stated on the sales page too, and it is the most common reason for a refund.

Tools you need that are not mine

The systems run inside third-party tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, Make.com, Notion, Google Sheets. I am not affiliated with any of them and I do not control them. Their terms, prices and availability are theirs to change.

Any API usage you incur is billed to you by that provider on your own key. Typical cost is a few dollars a month at normal volume, but the number is theirs, not mine, and I cannot cap it for you.

If a provider changes something that breaks a file, I will revise it and send the revision under clause 07. If a provider disappears entirely, the files may stop working in that tool and that is outside what I can undertake to fix.

Liability

The files are provided as they are. To the maximum extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

I am not liable for lost profit, lost data, lost reach, third-party API charges, or anything you publish using these systems. Review the output before it goes out under your name — the responsibility for what you publish stays with you.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

I may revise this page. The version that governs your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the date at the top tells you which that was. Changes are never applied backwards to a purchase already made.

Law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, where I live and work, and the courts there have jurisdiction — except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may.
