What I know about you, and why.

Who is responsible for it

AI Resolver, a one-person business operating from Romania. It is a trading name, not a registered company, and there is no data protection officer because a one-person operation is not required to appoint one. Under the GDPR this makes me the data controller. Questions, requests and complaints go to desk@airesolver.net and I answer them myself — usually the same day.

What I collect

Your email address, when you request the free prompt or buy something. That is the only thing I ask you to type.

Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and the country used for tax — passed to me by the payment processor. Your card number is never among them; I never see it and could not retrieve it if I wanted to.

Nothing else, unless you opt in. There is no analytics on this site — no page-view tracking, no heatmaps, no visitor profiles. If you accept the cookie banner, Meta receives a signal that you visited; if you do not, nothing is collected at all. Cloudflare records IP addresses in its server logs, as any host does, and those roll off within thirty days.

No account, no password, no phone number, no address beyond what tax law requires the processor to record.

The text you paste into the prompts never reaches me

This is the part people ask about, so it goes near the top. The products are files that run inside your own Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n or Notion account. Your drafts, your voice fingerprint, your performance data — all of it stays between you and those providers.

There is no backend here to send it to. I could not read your content if I tried, and if this site disappeared tomorrow your files would keep working unchanged.

Why I have your email, and on what legal basis

To deliver what you asked for — the free prompt, or the files you paid for. Legal basis: performing the contract you entered into, or your consent for the free prompt.

To send updates — revised prompts when models change, roughly one email a month otherwise. Legal basis: consent, which the unsubscribe link withdraws instantly and permanently.

To keep records tax law requires me to keep, such as invoices. Legal basis: legal obligation. This is the one category I cannot delete on request until the retention period expires.

I do not sell, rent or trade your address, and I do not upload it to advertising platforms to build lookalike audiences.

Who else touches it

Three companies, each doing one job, each under a data processing agreement — plus Meta, but only if you accepted the cookie banner. Nobody else.

Some of these are based in the United States. Transfers out of the EU or UK rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses and, where it applies, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Advertising

I run ads on Meta — Facebook and Instagram. This section describes the only tracking that exists on this site, and it does not run unless you agree to it.

Nothing from Meta loads until you click Accept on the banner. Not the pixel, not a cookie, not a request to their servers. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no measurement code is ever fetched and every page behaves identically. That is a deliberate choice and it is more than the law strictly demands.

If you arrived here from an advertisement, the advertising platform may set a cookie or receive a signal that you visited or signed up, so it can report on the campaign. That signal is tied to the platform's own identifier, not to your name. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, and refusing the cookie banner on this site stops the signal being sent at all.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, ever. No login, no session, no preferences — there is nothing to remember about you. Your answer to the cookie banner is kept in your browser’s own storage, on your device, and is never sent anywhere.

One optional cookie, and only if you say yes: the Meta advertising pixel described in section 06. It is not loaded until you click Accept. Declining leaves this site completely cookie-free.

There is no analytics of any kind — no page-view counting, no heatmaps, no visitor profiles — whichever way you answer. Checkout happens on Gumroad, and whatever Gumroad sets while you are there is covered by their policy, not mine.

How long it is kept

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it, then goes within thirty days.

Because Gumroad is the merchant of record, Gumroad holds the invoice and tax records for your purchase under its own retention policy, not mine. What I keep is a plain list of which product went to which email address, for as long as my own tax authority can require me to account for that income. Server logs roll off within thirty days.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, you can ask for a copy of what I hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, have it exported, or object to it being used at all. If you are in California, you can ask what was collected, ask for deletion, and know that nothing has been sold or shared for cross-context advertising — because it has not.

If you think I have handled something badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the EU that is the regulator in your country of residence; in the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office. I would rather you emailed me first.

Children

Nothing here is aimed at or sold to anyone under sixteen, and I do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child's address has ended up on the list, tell me and it goes the same day.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, subscribers get an email about it before it takes effect — not a silently updated date. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
